my

CAREER

Her working career began in 1996. After having worked at Altroconsumo Edizioni for a few months, she opened a TV service together with her boyfriend, a television journalist expert in the Eng (Electronic News Gathering) troupe. The company was named Melros, a sort of acronym between his surname and her name. In 1999, however, their paths diverged, but in a short time, Rossella alone managed to create one of the leading companies in the TV service sector, supplying Eng crews for Telelombardia, RAI, LA7 e Mediaset. She managed to create a solid and functional team, hiring 7 technicians, operators, sound technicians, editors and a production secretary… more than 20 external collaborators.

Over time, she specialized in productions and her passion led her Tv service to become a production company: Melros Production. It is precisely in this scenario that Melros Production has left its mark on history in a genuine and authentic way thanks to Rossella’s extraordinary skills. Over the years it has boasted customers such as Casaelettronica, Esri, Eco Store, Santoni Shoes, Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, Boxeur Des Rue & Malloy, DNA, McDonald’s Italia, Fondazione Fiera Milano, Formavobis, Sony Music Italia and many others.

“A career animated by a lively passion, made of twenty-five years of experience in this industry”

CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION IS ROSSELLA’S MISSION

my

PASSION

Her passions took her higher and higher, also developing internally within the same company a creative division using front-line TV writers. And so she comes to devise TV formats for public and non-public television.
Always looking ahead, at the end of 2014 she decided to end her adventure with MELROS Production and she became managing director of Freeze Frame. She enrolled and accredited RAI itself for the supply of Eng troupe for RAI newspapers and networks. At her reins were two of her former employees.

In April 2015 Rossella decided to resign, despite her desire to stay; she felt it was time they should follow their path, and she could follow hers.

In September 2015 she got in touch with Videohead Production company based in Milan, a historic production company that creates Adv, Exhibition, Fashion and Spot. Following the interest of the company in creating a spin-off, Rossella enrolled and collaborated with the company itself to accredit it in RAI. To date, Videohead Production supplies Eng crews and Umts connections for RAI newspapers and networks. For this spin-off Rossella holds the role of executive producer for the headquarters of Giordano Bruno 4, Milan, where she developed and created soundproofed audio post-production and recording rooms, defined by sector magazines as TOP post-production rooms.

“Rossella’s deep commitment and her wish to grow both professionally and personally are the two factors which have characterized her in the production industry.”

GIVE LIFE TO PRODUCTION WORK, MAKING IT A WELL-FINISHED PROJECT: THIS IS WHAT ROSSELLA LOVES TO DO

Rossella is not just this. Thanks to her working experience, she was invited to some television programs, such as: ‘Every morning’ conducted by Maurizio Costanzo and ‘Il Bivio’ conducted by Enrico Ruggeri. The common theme was such a young girl at the head of a Tv service, when 90% of the owners are men. Industry magazines have written about her, too.

Rossella believes in teamwork a lot. She understood the importance of this value while working for McDonald’s Italy, for which she released training videos from 1997 to 2005.
